Autoscopy Project

Assignment :  Self portrait alteration. Scan or take a photo your face at 72dpi and transform it into something you never knew of yourselves. Explore layer effects and PhotoShop filters. My autoscopy is supposed to represent me constantly fighting to battle my emotions and keep them in line, which is slowly causing me to crack. I struggled to find an idea for this project, so I was grateful that I had photos taken of myself crying on my phone. Above is the original photo for the project, below are the four gifs I was required to have for the final grade.

Multiplicity Project

This assignment was to photoshop six photos of myself together using a tripod. I think this project came out really well, but I struggled with the version of me sitting in the bed on the laptop due to my hair and an unexpected shadow coming over the camera when the photo was taken.

Somewhere Project

For this assignment, had to photoshop myself into a scene from a movie. I chose Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows . My original photo Scene from film After photoshop     Looking back at it, part of me wishes I had done something more creative, but I couldn't think of anything at the time. I struggled to recolor the red glow from the brick wall once I brought myself into the movie, but I think it isn't noticeable from far away.

BW to Color Project

For this week's project, I had to recolor a photo to black and white and then color it back in using Photoshop. For my color bars, I chose analogous, monochrome, and triad.
